At Our Kitchen Table Retreat - Portland, OR
This will be a very Portland/Northwest long weekend. It will start on Thursday, August 12th with an open house with local beer, wine and spirits (and some knitting luminaries) at Pico Accuardi Dyeworks. Classes and tours on Friday and Saturday and a day at the mountain for relaxation and a dye class on Sunday. We figure we’ll start you off slow, keep you really busy on Friday and Saturday, then let you take it easy on Sunday before having to head back to real life on Monday.
Some meals are included and all activities. A full description will be up on the website very soon. I just wanted to give you a price--$495 and dates (Aug 12-15) so you can start planning your vacation time;)
We are also offering a knitter’s home stay to help defer costs if you don’t want to stay at a local hotel.
We are going to put together a questionaire for those that want to do a home stay to match situations together that will be compatible. There will not be any fees for home stays. We will take care of hosts at our end.
